After tying the knot in 2020 during an intimate, backyard ceremony - these two were finally able to have a big celebration with their family & friends! This day was so prefect & totally worth the wait!

It was beautiful to see the small group gather in support of this couple. Amy & Josh are each so kind-hearted – together I know they will build a life full of love & support for one another. This wedding day was so honest & lovely. I can’t wait to photograph the big party next year!

Happy Sunday my friends! This week had a lot of goodness. I turned 29 years old. I spent some time reading outside with my husband in my favorite place. I made JAM for the first time & then of course used that jam in some raspberry crumb bars. So. Good. AND I was able to […]

Hey friends! Happy Sunday! What’s the 411? Does anyone say that anymore? Am I an old woman trapped in a soon-to-be 29-year-old body? Probably. Definitely. But still, I want to know how you’re all doing. Let me know in the comments. This pandemic is still happening, and we gotta check on each other. Hopefully you […]

It’s hard to know where to start. This week has been horrific domino after domino – culminating in the unrest of so many cities across the country this weekend. Unfortunately it’s nothing new and that’s the problem. The events of this week reflect the long-standing systemic injustices that still exist for black people in America. […]

Maybe… I’m actually… kind of… getting used to this new reality. Maybe. That’s certainly not to say I’ve got everything figured out & everything is […]

Last night my husband and I finally watched Jojo Rabbit. I’m no film critic, and I’m sure there are those who love it and those who hate it. All I can say is that I appreciated the attempt and I laughed a lot. What actually made the biggest impact was the quote at the end […]
