Growing up I spent a lot of days at the Chicago Botanic Gardens with my dad and my Aunt Phyllis. I could spend all day walking the paths and enjoying all the gardens – from the manicured English walled garden to the artfully designed Japanese garden – I loved them all. When we moved to St. Louis The Missouri Botanical Garden was one of the first places we checked out! Now that we’re back living in Chicago, I’m especially grateful to have been able to photograph such a beautiful wedding at MoBot while we lived there. At MoBot there are endless picturesque locations to work with. Erika & Jared worked hard to make their wedding a memorable, beautiful day. Surrounded by their friends and family – they said “I do” in the rose garden just before dusk and it was so lovely!
